By accessing kuroryuu.com or using the LiteNotion desktop application (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
LiteNotion is a desktop application that integrates with the Notion API to provide template automation and workspace management features. The kuroryuu.com website provides the OAuth authorization flow for connecting LiteNotion to your Notion workspace.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Notion access tokens
- You must have authorization to connect the Notion workspaces you integrate with LiteNotion
- You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Kuroryuu. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent. Your Notion content remains your own property.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuroryuu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting the Notion integration and uninstalling LiteNotion.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
